Here is a list of our Services.  We consider what we do as a Service when we come out to do consultations, do reports, or do any decorating.

Consult and Staging Remix Package ~ $400.00



This package is made up of two main components:  the consult and the staging remix.

The Consult

The consult will be in the client's home (with or without their real estate agent) and will last 60-90 minutes.  The client will receive a list of recommendations to get the home prepared for the staging process. 


T he Staging Remix!

After the homeowner has completed the preparations, then the follow up appointment is made with us!  We'll come stage the home for 3 hours using the homeowner's existing furniture and accessories PLUS adding key pieces from our inventory if necessary.  We strive to do whatever is required to improve your property's appeal that will have potential buyers enthusiastic and eager to make a bid!  This, of course, is our favorite part because we get to get creative and wow our clients!


GOLD KEY Home Staging Services:  Initial Consultation & Report  ~ $400


We come out to your house for a 1-2 hour home staging consultation session. We'll start with an optional short meeting where we find out your goals, timeline, and budget.  We will tour your property and take photos of all the areas of your house that a potential buyer would check including closets, drawers, garages, etc. 


We will return within 3 business days (for a meeting with all homeowners) with a full customized report (20+ pages) specific to your home letting you know where you should make your changes to make your house the most appealing to buyers.  You can ask any questions you have.  With this report, you should be able to stage your house by following the suggestions we have listed.   At this time, we will offer additional home staging services and give multiple price/involvement options.  (You have no obligation to hire us for any additional work.)   As the icing on the cake, we will follow up with TWO phone coaching sessions to assist you with the transition of selling your house regardless of whether you schedule any future work with us.  This price is based on a 1,500-2,000 sq ft. house.  Add $100 per 1,000 sq ft.  For instance, a 5,000 sq ft home would be $400+ $300=$700.

SILVER KEY Home Staging Services:  Initial Consultation & Checklist ~ $200


We will come out to your home for a 60-90 minute meeting (to get your goals, timeline and budget) and walk-through of your home/property to give to help you get your home ready for sale.  We will give you a checklist of suggestions and ideas of what you can do to make your house leave a great first impression.  You will be able to ask specific questions.

BRONZE KEY Home Staging Services:  Open House Prep Help ~ $200


We'll come to your home for 90 minutes of open house preparation help.  It is recommended to do this up to the week before the open house.  You can buy 90 minute increments of help for $200 each.

Home Decor Consultation and Decorating Services:  ~ $200


We'll come to your home for 90 minutes of consultation for decorating ideas.  You can buy 90 minute increments of help for $200 each.
